OUTSTANDING CONSULTING ROSARIAN

Tom is a very knowledgeable Consulting Rosarian, and he 

helps out whenever and wherever he can at his local society,
at rose shows, conventions, seminars and schools, speaker at various local societies and elsewhere within the District.  His

selection as Outstanding Consulting Rosarian for 2017 was
overwhelmingly deserved.
