ABOUT US

Who, or what, is the American Rose Society?  It's people - people with extraordinary knowledge and expertise about roses - who love roses.

The American Rose Society is a national, and international non-profit organization (USA & Canada) with 4 Regions and 18 Districts.  The Pacific Southwest District is one of the 18 Districts, and there are 28 local Rose Societies within the District.  Each of the 28 local Rose Societies are either

a chapter or an affiliate of the American Rose Society.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

The American Rose Society exists to promote the culture, preservation, and appreciation of the rose, and to improve its standard of excellence through education and research.

OUR VISION STATEMENT

The rose is America's National Floral Emblem.  We aspire to be the nation's
best source for information,
research and education about the rose for our members and the general public.  We will share this information through websites, a national network of Consulting Rosarians, rose shows, and non-

competitive rose exhibitions open to the general public.

WANT TO GET ACQUAINTED WITH THE AMERICAN ROSE SOCIETY?

It is very simple and very easy to join in on the fun; here's how:
